WESTERN CHAMPIONSHIP COMMITTEE NEEDS VOLUNTEERS
Hi, my name is Angela Schultz, and I am the Tournament Chair for the 2013 and 2014 Western Canadian Championships for Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget that Swift Current is hosting Aug 16-18, 2013. I am looking for volunteers for the committees listed below. If anyone is interesting in heading any of these committees please contact me either at my email address - adschultz@hotmail.ca or phone my cell at 741-5929. I would like to get committees in place ASAP. I am also organizing a planning meeting once I have received feedback and get a good grasp of what positions are left to fill. If you would like to volunteer for a committee but not be head of it let me know that as well so I can pass on your name to the committee head. We have had a few people volunteer that do not have kids in baseball which is really great to see. You do not have to be a parent with kids on the Provincial teams to volunteer. We are going to need lots of help leading up to the weekend and also volunteers to work the weekend of Westerns. Also if you have any family or friends that would like to work the weekend as well please let me know.
