Coaches Clinic and Player Skills Camp

Coaches and Assistant Coaches Needed-Clinic Available to Help
SCMB is looking at the option of offering an evening mini-clinic to all Coaches and Assistant Coaches of House League Teams. This clinic could be help during the month of April and would be instructed by local certified coaches who have been involved with SCMB for many years.

2012 COACHES CLINICS
ALL COACHES CLINICS WILL BE HOSTED AT FAIRVIEW SCHOOL!

Initiation module: Fri Apr 20 6-10 pm (you have to complete the online module before going to class. Go to http://nccp.baseball.ca to take the on line clinic)

Skills Analysis module: Sat Apr 21- 9am

Teaching & Learning module: Sat Apr 21 -1pm

Planning module: Sat Apr 21 -4pm

If SCMB can get 10 coaches out to each clinic than there will be no charge to the coaches.

The charges for each clinic is as following:

Initiation (online module) $37.45
Initiation class: $30.00
Skills Analysis module: $50.00
Teaching & Learning module: $50.00
Planning module: $50.00

Rookie: Sun Apr 22 9.30 - 11 am

Mosquito: Sun Apr 22 11.30 - 1.30 pm

2012 Players Skills Camp Registration (42KB)

Umpire Clinic March 31-April 1 2012
SCMB will be hosting a clinic in the near future for people interested in becoming a Level 1 or Level 2/3 Certified Umpire. The clinics will include a mixture of classroom preparation (rules, etc.) and on-the-field instruction to provide a hands-on approach to becoming an umpire.

SCMB will help to offset the registration expenses for this clinic. Please contact Louis Cherin 773-8478 for more information and/or to register.
